Customer information
Products and use
Pawòl Lakay presents digital books by Maxi Jean Marie. Each listing gives the title, author, language, description and price. PDF purchases and online reading subscriptions are separate. Buying a copy does not transfer copyright. Copies are for personal use and may be watermarked with the buyer’s email and order number. A PDF reader is required.
Delivery policy
Books are digital; no physical shipping. For a paid, verified PDF purchase, a private link is sent to the email provided within 24 hours of confirmation. Links remain valid for 7 days. Check spam and contact support with your order number if a link is missing. Delivery may be manual. Reaching a thank-you page does not confirm payment. Sandbox payments are tests and do not unlock PDFs offered for sale.
Refund policy
Contact support within 14 days of purchase for duplicate charges, missing delivery, unreadable PDFs or a file that does not match its listing. Provide the order number and describe the issue, without sending a PIN, password or card details. After review, we provide a working copy or a refund if the issue remains unresolved. Changing your mind after receiving a PDF does not automatically qualify for a refund. Approved refunds use the original payment method where possible; timing depends on the payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy policy
We process submitted email addresses, order details, payment status, transaction references, subscription requests, ratings and comments. Limited technical data and security logs protect the service. Data is used for purchases, support, access control and abuse prevention. Newsletter consent is separate. Your cart, language and test receipt may be stored locally in your browser. Hosting, authentication and payment providers process data needed for their services. Do not enter card details or a PIN in our delivery form. Approved comments and your chosen name may be public. Data is retained as needed for service, security and legal obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Subscriptions and payments
The subscription offer is 250 HTG per month for 3 eligible books, excluding books priced at 1,500–2,500 HTG. Availability and payment terms must be confirmed before purchase. A test button or provider application does not mean real payments are active. Submitting a subscription request alone does not authorize recurring charges.
